The following step-by-step guide outlines how to successfully apply for a study program in Hungary. The process will take you through submitting your application documents, the visa application, and finally arriving in Hungary, ensuring a smooth start to your studies.
Step 1
Application period
Submit the requested documents to the edu@melodiak.hu!
- CV
- Motivation letter
- Copy of your passport
- Official certificate of your previous studies
- Official certificate of English language knowledge
Step 2
Online interview
At this event, we will check your English skills and review all of your documents to start your Hungarian studies.
Step 3
Transfer the 150 EUR admission fee
(non-refundable fee)
If you passed the first online interview and everything is ok,
- Transfer the money
- Send us a verification of bank transfer
Step 4
Pass the online entrance exam
Skype or Zoom availability
Step 5
Transfer the tuition fee
If you passed your entrance exam you are required to transfer the tuition fee for 2 semesters.

Step 6
Visa Application
If you get your Notification Letter we can start the Visa Application process
- Admission decision from the Hungarian university
- Proof of payment of the tuition fee for the first 2 semesters
- Medical Certificate of satisfactory health condition
Step 7
Arriving to Hungary
Upon arriving in Hungary with an initial single entry visa the residence permit application must be submitted within 30 days.
